Always ready, Aug is very busy maybe early Sept. My brother just moved the Finfish to Montauk for some fishing. Heard Blufins are around.

We have been picking at small Bluefin and Mahi, both South of Montauk and at the Coimbra Wreck area over the past several weeks, but that action has recently slowed down considerably.

I have not heard of any Giant Bluefin taken South of Block Island yet, but that should be starting pretty soon.

A catch from last week...

Hey C: outstanding looking fish! Is the LG one a blue fin & yellowish ones dolphin fish or some such? Pardon my woeful ignorance...jock loves watching sharks on TV...only dog we've had that seems able to "see" them...TV images that is

Your doggie watches TV? Thats pretty funny!

Yes, the tuna is a small Bluefin. And those are Mahi-mahi or dolphin fish.
